Breaking the Binge Cycle...*again*

From New Year's Eve til January 17 I didn't binge once, but then I binged for six days straight and it seemed like I'd never be able to stop. Today, however, I have stayed under my limit of 400 cals!!!

I've had:

  • Apple cake (160)
  • Fried rice with tofu (100)
  • Apple & oatmeal (120

Total: 380

I've also just joined the Uni of Ednos and will be doing the Sweet Lovers program. I would've done one of the stricter ones but this is the only one I'll be able to do at boarding. It basically involves me only having one sweet thing a week and fasting on day a week. It sounds like fun and should help me to not binge. It start on Feb 5...can't wait!

Only four whole days left til boarding now...scary stuff.

Been a Good Girl

I've been a good girl since I last updated. Yesterday I ate only sushi, which was 120 calories, and burned off 500 by swimming 2km! First time in ages that I've bothered to drag my lazy backside off this chair and do some exercise.

...and boy am I feeling it today! Ouch! But it was worth it.

Today I had:

  • 250ml soy milk (100)
  • 2 baked potatoes (140)
  • Air-popped pop-corn (60)
  • Total: 300

It was the first time I had ever tried soy milk, and I am now officially in love with it!

Intro

Hi all!

Another boring day in Ash-ville...not much to write about. I saw that a few CB butterflies have made a thinspo/progress journal on xanga so I thought I'd do the same. Maybe it'll keep me motivated.

Okay, so these are my current, post-Christmas stats, and boy are they scary:

Height: 5'4.2

CW: 118lb (6lb gain over Chrissy - eek!)

LW: 105lb (oh, to be back there again!)

HW: 132lb (how did I live with myself? That was pre-ED)

GW1: 99lb

UGW: 90lb

So, I've lost 14lb from my heighest weight and gained 13lb from my lowest. Still have 19lb to go until my GW1. How depressing.

My New Year's Resolution (aside from reaching GW1) was to go vegan. It's now day 7 and so far I've been successful aside from one unavoidable slip-up that involved salad cream on a potato salad I had to eat. I have several motives for going vegan. a) It'll make it easier for me to restrict, b) it cuts out my favourite binge foods and therefore will minimise my binges, c) it means I get to cook all my own meals and eat separately to the family, making it easier to fast, d) it will make it easier to restrict when I go to boarding school. I know those reasons are all selfish ones, but this is a food diary type thing so I don't want to blabber on about all my non-weight-related motives. Trust me, you don't want me to get started on animal cruelty!

Thanks to going vegan I spent an entire weekend at my dad's and didn't binge! This is the first time I have ever ever ever mananged to do that! *is proud*

By the way, if anyone has any low-cal vegan recipes, please share!
